We want you to be over-the-moon with your purchase! In the event that you need to return your item, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want your return to be an easy process, however, there are some things to bear in mind when returning your purchase to us:
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- All returns must be in new, undamaged and unused condition.
- We do not accept returns on used or custom items. No exceptions.
- Be sure to save any and all original packaging. You will be responsible for ensuring that all of the original packaging, accessories, cards, etc. are included with your return.
- Contact us for your return authorization number. Failure to notify us of your return may result in refusal of delivery. Any costs associated with this refusal are the sole responsibilty of the buyer.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping the return back to us. Be sure to save your tracking number as it may be needed to confirm shipment & delivery.
- In the rare event that your purchase is damaged in shipping, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. If you need our assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask. We will be happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
- All returns are typically inspected and processed within 1-2 business days of delivery, however during peak holiday seasons, the processing time could be expanded to 3-5 business days.
- We reserve the right to and may refuse a return or charge up to a 25% restocking fee on items that are returned to us that have been clearly used, mishandled or damaged.
The following items are ineligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used.
- Any custom made items or orders
- Print/Artwork
- Books or other reading materials
- Digital Purchases
How to Return an Item
Shipping your item back to Us
To return an item to The Edelweiss Workshop, please CONTACT US for your return authorization. We will provide you with the information needed to send back your item.
Refunds
Once we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund will be initiated. Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used.
- Returns will not be paid out in cash or to any method other than the one used when making original purchase.
- If a gift card or gift certificate was used to make the original purchase, we will provide a refund in the form of new gift card via email. If you wish to have a physical Edelweiss Workshop gift card mailed to your home or office, please let us know when setting up your return authorization.
- We are not responsbile for items lost in transit due to incorrect shipping information being provided to us. Please make sure that the correct shipping information is provided.
